Better late than never...

Yeah, I know... the post is a day late... at this point I dont think it matters too much. There arent thousands of readers demanding content on time yet ;) I was busy all day yesterday doing work and supporting my brothers at presents. Last night was a massive letdown as we have taken first place every year we have done it but one... this year was the second year we havent. We managed 2nd place, though the crowd seemed to be extremely angry that we didnt get first (School of Rock anyone?). Our dance was AMAZING though and I am really proud at what our pledges and a few actives have managed to do in only a couple of short weeks! Good job guys! I'll be posting the video of our dance as soon as it becomes available!

So apparently congress is trying to bail out the big 3 automotive industries in America now and Circuit City filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy yesterday. I just love waking up to great news like that in the mornings, puts a lot of confidence in the American economy! I am not too worried though. We faced FAR worse times in the 30s and my family at least managed to not die (which is basically everyone's fear at this point). Keep a chin up and keep on chugging! The times WILL change, I am not saying Obama will be the harbinger of said change, but we do not have a gung-ho warmonger in office for much longer. Our budgets, in theory, should be put back into check now that the biggest problem of incompetant leadership has been solved.
