I know the title is a bit harsh, but it conveys an important message: Vote. If we do not vote, the very principles this country was founded upon will be for naught. Whoever you vote for, make sure you vote because you want them as president, not because you don't want the other guy.
Earlier today my girlfriend showed me a great music video titled, "You Can Vote However You Like". It is a parody on the rap song "Whatever You Like" by T.I. and performed by a bunch of private school kids:
Work has been pretty relaxing today. Just fixing up a press release I wrote on Friday so that it has better flow and more simple language for average readers (what the hell am I going to college for if I have to dumb stuff down?). I'm also working on finding the best bids for a few billboard advertisements along the 15 freeway. The best part about working at O'Reilly is that I never do the same thing twice. Every project has room for creativity and they thoroughly encourage me to express myself in the work I do for them. Not many people find work like this, maybe I can run a law firm like this when I get out of grad school?
Tonight is Big Bro Revealing for our pledges. My little's name is Kyle and he has the reddest hair I have ever seen. I plan to nickname him Chucky from Rug Rats haha. I got him a Delt shot glass, some stickers, one of my favorite shirts from GSU and a fifth of Wild Turkey (our family line drink). I really hope he enjoys the festivities tonight! His pledging is going to be fun I think!
Anyways, that's all for now.. I better get back to fixing that press release before the boss sees me blogging away!
