Gobama 08!

So on Tuesday I proceeded to get quite drunk at the bar with a bunch of friends as we watched with great joy as Senator Barack Obama became President Barack Obama. If you didnt catch his monumentally epic acceptance speech, here is a link to it (note: I'm not posting it because I dont want this to become a political blog, though that would be awesome).

Im at work pretty much most of today, kinda boring but oh well... The other half of my day is occupied by school. God is that a nightmare right now. I wont go into many details, but it looks like I'll be having to take 25 to 26 hours next quarter. That is roughly 6 classes, with 4 of them having discussions or labs. Hopefully I can figure out a way to make this schedule work with my job, I'm sure they will be accommodating, but it still is fairly stressful figuring this all out. But as my mom always says amid her rants about financial woes: "At the end of the day everything works out. When God shuts the door, he opens a window. It is just up to you to figure out how to climb through it." So I'll be spending the weekend figuring out how to trespass on God's house by climbing through his window!

On a side note, I have decided to update this blog bi-weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so look for updates then!
