I hate Tuesdays...

So I think I may just change the update days for this to Monday and Thursday, since on Tuesdays I am not at work and I get horribly distracted by classes and having fun as my only day off from here.

As promised (I know it's a week late, we can thank the guy who was supposed to post the vid for that) here is the Delta Tau Delta Presents 2008 video! Congrats on 2nd place guys, we know we really deserved first though ;)

So in political news, Al Qaeda's number 2, Zawahri called out President-Elect Obama today in a new and exciting video about doom and gloom! He compared Obama to Malcom X and while he holds Mr. X in the highest regard for his militant ways, he basically called Obama a "house-[explitive deleted]". He further went on to say that Obama is inheriting a legacy that is doomed and the entire Muslim world is set against him. (Wasn't he hailed as America's savior by most of the Muslim world just a few months ago?) Well, I am not over there so I cannot give an accurate account of how things really are, but when I get conflicting messages of public opinion, I tend to go with the more unbiased one and steer clear from the one that is threatening to kill each and every non-believer on a daily basis.

The quarter is about over and I am more than excited! I get to see my Becca in two days when I fly to Atlanta for Thanksgiving! She has something planned but keeps playing dumb when I ask her about it ;). I also managed to finish my personal statement last night so now I'm sending it out to various people for editing and review. Once that is over with I can hopefully get my applications out and join others in the tense waiting game for feedback from the admissions people at the various schools. The more I study law, the more exciting this subject gets. The intricacies and ways of arguing perspectives is virtually limitless and it allows for a lot of creative freedom.
