What an exciting Wednesday night! So for starters, I had my IFC hearing last night in defense of our Fraternity for alleged rush infractions. My defense was simple because they were outside of the Due Process of the IFC by-laws. After about an hour of arguing with the IFC advisor and the Head of Student Life himself, they finally dropped the charges against us. Apparently, from what I'm told, we are the first Fraternity at UCR to ever get out of one of these hearings without some sort of sanction against us for an alleged rush infraction. Afterwards, as our president put it, "Savage, you earned this free pitcher!"
Other than that, Sunday is my birthday! I turn the big dub-duece and hopefully I'll enjoy it more this year than last (I ended up having to foot the entire b-day dinner bill and my own alcohol for the night). So far it is looking to be though! I can't wait to see my family on Saturday to go to dinner, and I definitely cannot wait to see Quantum of Sollace tomorrow! Speaking of which... Here is a bit of fodder to entice you to theaters!

Congrats grand-little, truly a job well done. You argued your case very logically and came out with our best interests intact.
